What is 4G63T's average fuel pressure?

Currently i'm running with 4G63T (EVO3) fuel pressure at 24 I guess...
My meter of adjustable (EFN) fuel regulator shows around 24..
is it normal? or I needed to make it little higher...
I'm not really sure but I feel it's bit lean.. I feel that it's
bit dull and heavy... after half an hour driving.... and no
back fire at all.... it's bit weired... I used to have miss fire often but it's totally gone now..
What is the symtomes that when it's lean??

should be around 40psi on idle...best to have running little bit richer anyway..then u no need to worry if ur boost spike u dont have to worry about ur piston..if run to lean and ur boost spike then u die lah piston 4 sure melt
