Evos have rear wipers, WRX scooby has rear wipers, skylines have wipers...

but do you all know which japanese sedan was the first to have a standard rear wiper?

i can think back to the 70s....but as a hint - Mazada 323 Familia 1986 has a rear wiper. can you think of any before that?

he..he..

wah, tough question from zan, wiki and google can't help on this.... yet.
I know someone will have a way to find it out

evos got rear wipers? aaaa?

true eh?

my uncle's 323 got. and, the old 626 also got.

not many response eh?

i think it goes back to Nissan. or that time known as Datsun.

remember Datsun Bluebird SSS of 1980? it has rear wiper. and before that? Datsun 180K in 1978 if not mistaken.

nothing earlier than that. except perhaps the 1st Prelude but that's a coupe

aaaaaaaaaaa...good question..din realise tht.....

just say japanese ppl love to reverse their cars in rainy days...

eujin, it was marketing strategy. those cars look attractive aint it? just like a Wira with a rear wiper from Lancer GSR. plainly attractive

wah, such an experience spykey!!

ok, we all know Subaru was the first japanese to use boxer engines back in 70s and mazda the first japanese to use rotary engines. but which japanese 1st used EFI??

for the record - Mercedez was the first to use EFI in 1960s in the 300SL Gullwing
