thanks for the advice u guys, i think the tough layer of the rotor is gone after skimming, so it is easily bengkok again. after skimming need to harden again.

i know what you mean,
it's like chroming/hardening/celup, some of my company's supplier do that for hardening our JIGS/Tools and fixture for strengthening it.

But as for rotors, i don't think they have that layer at the 1st place. even if they have, it'll be easier to bengkok when it's hot, coz 2 different metals expands at different rate even with the same temp. (like science during SMK, "Jalur DwiLogam")
