Where to change car locks?

Hi,
Anyone knows where can i change car locks at and how much do they cost? Do they change the whole locking mechanism or just the key hole ?

u can change it at any locksmiths. the cost is about RM300 like that i think. I think they just change the gears in the locking mechanism.
