i have seen this car before. I saw it driving though or parked somewhere in Kg Bahru Subang and also Tropicana(that road that leads to 1-Utama, near the traffic light where there r condominiums and Domino's Pizza is there). Orange color wira, is very rare on the road, if i am not mistaken. Normally EVO III front bumper either come with lip or mostly the lip is missing. This car the front bumper lip is custom made is also very rare.

Anyway it's a great car, free bump to you.
