last october, my mechanic completed a wira evo3. the prob is, until now, the car cant be registered with jpj. previously the wira using GSR engine. saying that 1.8 cant go up to 2.0 anymore, the car has to be kept in the dark. the owner is a DSP police.
tried to "settle" with puspakom also canot. so lately anybody converted to a 2.0 turbo engine or know anybody in jpj who can help to settle, plz help. kindly give the name of the officer who i should see and which puspakom office. thanz
