if go by the rule book it is illegal, but if u dont turn on all the time should be ok...

in my previous car i convert fog light to driving light and install HID 55w the light able to cover so far and dont fate off that much....
 
Here are my Driving light Hella FF75 + HID 55w = illegal light

Retarding Timing
I Have a 4G93T 1.8 GDI in Lancer and the engine is pinking some times, I can only get 96 octane fuel, can I retard the timing by moving the crank angle sensor on the exhaust cam, or is there some other way.

Forget about MPJ.
I looking at throttle body injection type.

if i add 1 injectors, should i add at before turbo? ( mean at suction, before turbo and intercooler)

or

add after turbo, ( pressure side, before enter...
