SpeedWorks in PJ used to sell it(new set) last time, not sure about now. Can try asking them.

ohh i can't remember already. I had the filter u are looking for a long time back, but i've sold it off with my weber. There are 2 sizes of the K&N filter. The one i had was around 4 inches thick (picture 1), and the one speedworks selling is slightly thinner(picture 2).

I'm sorry..i can't remember bout the price anymore.

Why not u call speedworks again, ask for their number in PJ? Mention to them u saw the filter at their showroom a long time ago, and ask them how much they are selling it right now. BTW, u can ask ur friend to buy it and send back to jb for u.
