WTS New Temp Sensor for Water/Oil/Exhaust Temp Meters
Sensor details:
-Only two wires (+ve & -ve), same like the ones used with Apexi,Sard Racing,Defi and etc Electronic (memory/without memory) meters, same accuracy, can be directly wired to your meter socket/pins
-Range = -200 to 1250 degC
-Steel braided wires, high temp resistance, no need to wrap with thermal cloth or other insulation material
I’m currently using it with my Sard Racing Electronic Exhaust temp meter and it works perfect! No need to order replacement sensor from Japan that will surely take a very long lead time and more expensive (sometimes up to 1 to 2 months)
Comes in various sizes...
Temp sensor:
1. Sensor diameter = 3mm or 4mm – (normally used for oil, water, fuel & intake air temp) or
6mm - (Advisable to use large diameter 6mm sensor for Exh Temp to avoid sensor failure i.e. crack,fracture. 6mm sensor is very strong, will not fail under hard vibration and high exh temp i.e. 1200degC ,3 or 4mm sensor is quite fragile for high temp use)
2. Sensor length = Based on your request (normally 3 to 4 inch long)
3. Wire length = Based on your request (normally 1 to 2 meters long)
Price = RM185 (Brand new)
Sensor fitting:
Price = RM75 (Brand new, stainless steel)
This sensor need to be ordered, lead time = 2 to 3 working days
Note: This temp sensor can be used for oil temp, water temp, exhaust temp, fuel temp, intake air temp and any other temp meters that you have.
If you have or found any temp meters with no sensors/faulty sensors...as long as the original sensor has 2 wires..u definitely can use this sensor :mrgreen:
