Seller sent me the wrong product but would not exchange or refund me. Box was opened by me to inspect but never installed. You can check the pins, there are no marks. Bulbs were never touched etc. All handling were done properly holding the box etc.

Will ship for RM5.
COD in Penang available

to . 'stabilize' the voltage? (supply voltage when there r extra need for a very short time)?
