The conditions of the phone overall is nice, still looks new,tht's only a dent at the back of the phone, not really noticable, other than that, no major scratchess.
secondly, the keypad tht's a lil crack but it won't affect the keypad functions as i've always used it for messaging.

-other than that, the phone is excellent.
