1. No refunds shall be provided should death result from postage.
2. Reservations or bookings should cleared within 14 days from agreed date. After which, the item shall be open for sale again. This is to protect myself from keeping the animals you think you are interested in for WAAAY too long. :P
3. I will only send out the package on one day every week (need to optimize my travelling costs).
