Mivec 4g92 gen2 problem.

Well here is the scenario
My ck4a originally has a 4g92 sohc engine but I changed it to a mivec 4g92.

How do I confirm if its oil or fuel problem?

In a straight line everything seems fine. I'm hitting mivec but...

Where to service?

Ok the ultimate question.. Where is the best place to go to service my Silvia? I live in PJ around PJ State area so would love to find a mechanic who knows a bit more about the car than normal. It would also help...
