dear all sifu,

what the impact if the tps reading at microtech handset showed 99%, this reading I get when on the ignition, not start the engine yet..not even press the throttle yet..

I tried to adjust the limit 99% , still cannot get the reading 0% .. does my tps sensor spoil ?

Check connector. The 0-5V is giving full 5V signal. If cannot solve, the check the tps.
 
anyone could help me on this matter? anyone could offer or have any fren can recommended come and verify this matter? my area is in Cheras bandar Sri permaisuri..I cannot bring the car , because I take out the Throttle body ,I need to calibrate the TPS first before fit the TB.

all friend here, can lt8s use twin relay for fuel pump? now have 1 only. i think my fuel pump dont get smooth current.
 
power supply to the pump isnt controlled by the ecu sir, its controlled by the relay. go ahead and add another relay for dat peace of mind..

Everytime you remove the TPS you will have to recalibrate it. Assuming that you have calibrated the TPS and it won't show 0%. I am guessing that you have wired your TPS wire incorrectly or TPS sensor is kaputz.

As we all know...MICROTECH ECU has been no1 for the past few years in sepang drag battle now..from class B overall champ to class F non vtec and many other events winning non stop..

did anyone have problem to start car engine when your car parked outside genting highland at night or after rain ? my car failed to start during cold weather
 
cold start settings not corrected... also most cars fitted with LT10s don't have a cold bypass air valve installed and hooked up. that is the problem.

In LT10s options menu you may want to tune for cold start.
(adj. only the temperature range that is giving you difficulty in cranking and warming up the engine from cold) Eg: 11deg C to 38deg the values should be smooth.

Screen 19 : PumpCold
Screen 20: WATER
Screen 22: CRANK
Screen 28: T Wat
Screen 30: Af_StE

I can't tell you the exact amount you need to configure as these settings and tests requires actual condition. However, some slight guess work could be done to improve the condition.

and broken the front wheel drive record with 10.6second (3runs in a row)at sepang drag battle..

LT10s the no1 ecu for 4cylinder....
LT16s the no1 ecu for 6or 8cyl.....
 
hi all microtech sifus,i wanna ask,can mt4 control ignition?as i know it cant,but on my frens car,it shows ignition setup on d lts handset(i1,i2,dwell etc2..)r this functional?thanx 4 any input...
 
did anyone experiencing fuel pump relay problem when relay running too hot ?

can explain properly is what kind problem? you mean after fuel pump run time too long fuel pressure drop?if wanna solve this kind problem need change your new wring from fuel tank to fuel pump relay
and bigger size wire~
