last week i saw KTM X-bow pass by Jalan Kepong with behindfolow by a MB C63AMG..this 2 car with red number plates white alphabet something like(XX-XX-XX)...is passing too fast i cant take a photo but sound amazingly great...

Those would be using diplomatic plates .....
The first two digits would be the country code, e.g. 40 for the Indian High Commission.
The middle digits denote the person's rank in the embassy e.g. 01 for the Ambassador.
The last two characters are usually the alphabets DC (which stands for Diplomatic Corps), but sometimes might be UN, PA, etc.

Based on my observation at KLIA today, I have this to update:
The format is not limited to XX-XX-XX .... it could be XXX-XX-XX, XX-XXX-XX or XXX-XXX-XX because the country code can go up 3 digits, and same goes for the middle digits.

You have to see it in real life, the car shape looks good, its like a mixture of the nissan gtr and the lexus lfa but the only problem is the helmet shaped roof lol

LOL! When I initially look at it I also wanted to say a bit and I mean a bit only that looks like a LFA. Haha. Didn't know you felt the same. Hmmm will see what they come out with. Helmet shape roof? Are you sure the aliens did not just landed? Hehehe. Cheers bud!
