So you can't afford a Mazda RX-7 and you desire for some Wankel action. Fret not, a local Malaysian motoring enthusiast does the unthinkable. By mashing up a rear wheel driven Toyota Starlet KP60 (affectionally called the "kambing" or goat in relation to the name of the chassis code) with a 13B rotary engine from a Mazda half-cut, he is able to create a compact rocket pocket. I bet that car is gonna rock when it's done up. It's currently at 90% Work in Progress and can't wait for its unveiling in the upcoming OMG (Olskool Mega Gathering) that will happen between July 9th and 10th in Port Dickson. This stock standard goat should eat those unsuspecting cars alive!

The first time i saw 13B powered Starlet was in a local car mag few years back, built by Batu Pahat's RMD Garage, one of the pomen known as pakcik rotary. That red Starlet was used in Sepang drag race.

Hi Kevin, Juz wanna ask, for the 13b type engine - toyota conversion, can that be street legal in any way? Im planning to do a FC 13Bt engine swap into a TE-71 corolla.
Wanna know if i can make into a street car by any chance.
