rm12k included labour and change all seal and gear oil. clutch is around rm9000 only

Wow bro, so mush mods..like wat u did to the car if it was a stock sti..but thats a s203, limited to 555 worldwide..cars like this should been kept stock as the value will be more higher for just being sheer rareness's....
