On 5th June 2001, it was incorporated and registered under the name IPC Shopping Services (M) Sdn Bhd, The company is having registered office at 77-1, Jalan 3/93, Taman Miharja 2.5 Miles Cheras, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Today, the company is playing a challenging role in Loyalty Reward Program, secure SMS payment gateway, SMS media gateway, E-Commerce and M-Commerce business solution.

This year featuring their 10th Anniversary in the business, a group of car clubs were invited to participate in a grand convoy starting from http://www.v1.com.my/ at Puchong to around KL and finally the dinner venue at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa. Cars ranged from Celica, Hummer, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Supra, Evo, Golf GTi, etc participated in the convoy and were escorted by the traffic polices to make way through the traffic for a smooth journey. The event took place last Saturday, 5th November 2011.
