Have you tried Tayaria in Jalan Penchala, Petaling Jaya? Not sure if they carry this model as I think there are two distributors for Kumho tyres in Malaysia. They are one of them....

Try looking out for C-Drive 2 which is better in handling and grip. Price I think slightly more then A-Drive only.
For second hand rims try those bigger tyre shop that sells rims. May have some traded in.
If in PJ, try Sunway area. Hup Shun and Tek Ming have quite a lot of second hand rims. One thing about OE rims, sometimes the width is very small and fitting wider tyres don't fit well. Maybe can try looking at second hand after market rims.....

Then if can afford got for GY Asy 2. Top handling tyres in dry and wet at the moment. German made.
Lower priced will be GY F1 D5. Handling also not bad but since directional maybe noisier, but this are Thai made, some mentioned certain size from GY China (not too sure about this)
