Dear all , please do look for this car and owner .. i receive a summon recently and call from my friend's dad that work at police station .. This car recently running here n there without road tax n illegal parking . Please beware , anyone out thr tht happen to c this car please report to the nearest police station . Thanks

When was the last summon & where?

I think you need the services or car repossesor to settle your problem...

Check the EPF on where this guy is being employed...

Chances of you getting him or the car if greater if you know where he works...

We used this way to detect difficult cases when I was once a car repossesor..

If you dont see the car at his working place, dont let your presence felt,

Lie low profile, follow him to his house after work....

You might just see your car at his house!

Last Summon is on 23/10/2012 .. This car sold on 11/6/2010 .. I just check the summon .. Total RM 3xxx . Date stated summon from 28/6/2010 till present .. I cant detect him as i don have his fullname or real name ..

You mean you know even know whom you sell the car to?

OMG, things just get more complicated!

Why not you answer his ad and go have a look at the car?

Use a lady to answer his ad, ask for his address, etc ?

You should register my EG.from the websites you should have the detail and rough location on the car whereabout from the summons details such as places and time.with this u may pinpoint the exact location.

Else get a tow truck or penarik kereta service and pass them the plate no.

I went to police station and JPJ to track this car ,

Summon issue from PJ area by police and some pending summon .

JPJ do not have this record as no valid roadtax and pending summon .

I do ask some of my friends to help me to tow the car once happen to c this car , and i doubt that that owner is hiding somewhere around sunway area .

If Im not mistaken, Ive seen this car in Subang SS14 and SS18 area,

It was on the opposite side of the road, couldnt chase cost I cant make a u turn...

If you are free, go rounding in the housing area of SS14, SS18 in Subang Jaya...

Most of the time i rounding around the housing area after my work .. i still cant get him .. If happen to catch him , i will bring him to police station with the car .. I made report at police station yet the police still no action ..

Look out more on the cars that are covered with canvas....

If its outside, flatten 2 tyres then call the tow truck to tow straight to the police station where you made report..

Ask him to come there to settle it.

Be very careful, you can only do this once, and you gotto do it right!

Spoke to the police officer n MBPJ officer , they issue a warrant to tow this car once on the road / once they spot this car ...

jux go to jpj to get a new car registration card since its still under your name...lol
