If you come to Kampar and open a restaurant, there is a high chance that you can make a lot of money over here. Whole Kampar new town is like a nest of undergraduate students. Regarding price hike, I think the price of things at Kampar is still roughly the same compared with Ipoh.

Minion craze everywhere. Just like gangnam style and harlem shake craze earlier.

If you come to Kampar and open a restaurant, there is a high chance that you can make a lot of money over here. Whole Kampar new town is like a nest of undergraduate students. Regarding price hike, I think the price of things at Kampar is still roughly the same compared with Ipoh.

Minion craze everywhere. Just like gangnam style and harlem shake craze earlier.

I think it is Indian one, not too sure about it. Cyber Cafe got a lot already at new town there. Some of them even combined 3 or 4 shops together to form one Cyber Cafe.
