Danz and SF already responded. I sold off my earlier Recaros already. Now wanna get a single SR3 or SR4 type design for myself and use for my new car or something. Wifey doesn't like Recaro 'comfort' anyway. She says ori best. pfft.. what does she know.

once the buyer agreed I went to the bank to settle the outstanding amount myself a few days later bank will issue the letter. then show to the buyer as proof. once buyer agrees then can proceed with puspakom. in my case I was busy so I engaged puspakom (PMI), they will come to your house or office, their timing quite punctual. they will come in 3 persons. 1 check engine number, 1 check tinted, 1 sit inside the van & write out the report. if u have dark tint have to koyak cannot kautime cos they need to take photo of your car as proof.

once kautime pay them rm130 & they will issue u the report. if u wanna bring to puspakom centre also can..costs rm30 but wait till kingdom come la.

Thanks bro. But there was this guy I bought a 2nd hand car from. He sell on behalf of the owner. As in he bought from the owner but did not do any ownership transfer due to not wanting too many owners on the car before selling. So, he just photostat the owner's IC and got it chopped at JPJ when I asked him.

I went to the counter at JPJ, she ask me where is the owner, I say the owner cannot come so I got his IC and chopped. That's what he taught me to say if they happen to ask. Usually they seldom ask but mine I kena. But went through as well. Slowly learning about the procedure of selling cars, also thanks to your input. Now I understand better and what precautions to take.

Since he brought wife and kids then should be fine, if they are alone, I also afraid to let them test drive. Might try the Sunday Car mart in PJ.

Ya sent my car for inspection before, reach early also no point, got appointment also no point, what matters most is whose car is 1st to line up. End up finish inspection within 2-3 hours.
