[WTA] Whats the wave/marking under my car paint?

Hi

Please refer to the photo, there are marking/wave under the car paint.
I am not sure what caused them.
Went for car polish in car wash, they said they are unable to remove it.
Anyone know how can I remove the marking? or need to repaint it?

Ur rite it's x visible in d pic...ur best bet wld be to take it to a spray painter to determine wat it is n d next course of action..

It's a used car I bought long time ago, so not sure whether its has been repainted.
Based on feedback seem like its painting problem under the coating..
Bad luck, I will just repaint it then, will google for good paint shop near pj/bangsar/pj old town

Look like bad putty job previously, and plan apply on top of it before it full dry up...and now the putty is drying up causing the paintwork sinking.

No workaround except repaint by removing all the paintwork and putty down to metal....

since no one reply with a possible solution. (NOT so say im the master or what)

i think its just uneven clearcoat finishing, I can fix it up with some velvet or denim pads with some aggressive compounds, then finish it back to a smooth and clean finish.

It is do-able but then risk is there. I would say 50% chance of recovery?
