If you're under a tight budget can consider HWL adjustable with hi/lo/soft/hard... 15 steps version less than RM1.5k.
I just remembered another brand that I remember using that was slightly better than Monroe. Sachs. This brand was quite good in terms of stiffness and car control. Maybe you'll have better luck finding this brand.
That's quite cheap, brand new set?
Yup brand new since now competition is quite high for shocks, you can get these kind of prices for entry level Hi/lo/Soft/Hard wth 12-16 steps adjustable

If the HWL is within your budget, make sure you buy it from a person who'll help you install properly. Preload the spring tension, adjust the bodyshift height (if the HWL has that) and replace the absorber mountings. The dampening rates can be adjusted yourself after everything is done.
A poorly setup coilover is kinda pointless too. If you don't have an installer who can do all that properly, you're better off with the sachs / monroe. Cuz preloading and bodyshift isn't something you can do on your own unless you have the time and the tools.
