I think the only solution is to practice practice and practice
Is your pedal properly aligned? If not, it will be hard. Like my stock Wira pedals. The accelerator/throttle pedal is positioned lower than the brake pedal.

Heel toe I try before.... for shoe size 12+ like me.
No success....lol

from youtube, the western guy can do it so easily....big shoe also :hmmmm2:
practice make perfect kut ?
......lol
That is normal, that is why my friend saga he bend the accelerator pedal up......lol![]()
Any cons if the accelerator pedal is bent upwards?
Normal driving your foot angle higher up loh......hhahahhaha
Drive faster so foot is down......hhahhahahhahahhahha

FC gone like that.
Speaking of flooring the throttle pedal, I used to press a lot on the throttle because my car feels much underpowered. After the recent distributor o-ring oil seal leak fix that I mentioned before, I rarely need to press much on the throttle on normal drive except when I really want to do it. This incident taught me that how much better can a car with more power feels like on normal drive.

If feel more power now, your mechanic probably advance the timing a bit already.....lol![]()
Very hard for me to do heel and toe..
Every time i press the brake with my toe and to rev match i moved my heel, it seems unavoidable that I lift my toe hence the braking is not consistent... Any advise or pointers?
Sort of I guess. Then rev matching is like masters level? After that only phd for heel toe.
For my pedals which is not aligned, my braking is not consistent too. I need to put in a lot of brake pressure for my heel to reach the throttle pedal.

Yes the more the pedals are apart the more difficult to practice it. Ideally the pedals should be close enough for your side foot to just blip the gas without needing to move the heel which is the anchor of your foot. (Look at the Senna video when he tested the NSX, he blipped just with the side foot without ever moving his heel). If you need to move the heel a lot, that's where it becomes even more difficult as you loose your pivot point and requires more control from your entire foot and leg to maintain consistent pressure on the brake while blipping. Therefore like I had mentioned before, try to get a good pedal kit to make them closer. The other thing is the position of your heel as the anchor/pivot point should be closer to the gas and not fully aligned with the brake pedal. So when you brake, your foot is at an angle and you only use your toe side of the foot to brake instead of the whole top of your foot. This allows you to still reach the gas with the other side of the foot without moving the heel or with the least heel movement to blip the throttle.
I agree that if the pedals are also not in the similar level, that makes it even more difficult. Ideally they should be at similar level when the brake pedal is pressed like maybe 30-50%. If they are apart and also too different height, then no choice but to still move the heel a lot to blip and so yeah, must practice a lot.![]()
good pedal placement (and pedals) help really alot.... i could not for the life of me do anything in my saga... when i got ny new (junk) car, fuyoh, 2nd day already can heel toe... but can only do so barefoot.... wait now i think about it, i have never ever worn shoes when driving my current car.....

Ideally you should use thin rubber soled shoes with no heel step to practice, just a very slight gradual thicker padding on the heel, not those formal dress/office shoes that have stiff sole with step heels and slippery one and of course no high heels for ladies! Of course once you're very good at it, you can do it with almost any shoes or even sandals! Again just check out that Senna video heel & toeing in the NSX, he did using formal dress up shoes but the NSX pedals obviously have ideal placement hence minimal foot movement needed.
Senna, he can drive manual transmission. Old days he can drive F1 car occasionally on one hand. No paddle shifter, minimal electronics aid. :hmmmm:
