Hi,

Anybody got any good working condition coil packs? Maybe lying around after an upgrade?
I need to change mine since its already degrading.

Call me at: 012-2780779

Driving it out alrdy??? ....wht u mean degrading?Need full 6pcs?

Ya. I dunno whether need to change all 6 or not, but if got all 6 better. Will check the coils tmrw.
Its misfiring when engine is hot. Usually due to coils cos AFM ok and plugs are new.

Do you have spare? Can use RB20/25 ones? I dunno about this unfortunately.

I know 20 an 25 are interchangable except between the 25 NEO...
Heard 26 can use 20 ones...not sure le, heheh better check it out b4 you end up detonating!

Why not go for Splitfire dude? They really make a diff

jebu..i just change mine...mine was misfiring a little bit..so i change all..i have the spare..pm me la bro.see how many u can use..

btw..where to get spilt fire coils ah?

Thanks guys, but I just found a set.
So I have spare also just in case its happening to you. Not sure which coils are misfiring though.

Splitfire coils are expensive! Hehe
I think you can get them at the usual sunway aftermarket shops.
Try Links.

splitfire coils expensive?? ...dude...have u tried asking ur nissan dealer how much the standard nissan coils are? ..if not ..suggest u try it then compare with splitfire prices ...im sure u'll be surprised. ...with regards to ur misfiring...there's a cheap fix that u can try before replacing the coils

u may want to try regapping ur plugs to 0.8mm ....good luck

I wasn't looking for new coils though.
Anything new from nissan will be expensive :tongwink:

Thanks for the article though.

I can get a set of good 2nd hand r32 gtr coils for around $400-480 if u want. If u interested ..shoot me a pm and i'll confirm price for u.

How To Fix Missfire Problem - Skylines Australia

i did this..the miss fire gone..well,maybe there's some due to afm not cleaned for a long time...i did it with silicone...

missfire

slight missfire on a rb engine is normal...well not missfire...more like a hesitant engine....the AFM can get dirty at times and the solders that connect the harness to the AFM can get brittle...u may need to open up the AFM and resolder the wire harness...other good DIY things u can do to help is to clean ur AAC valve....u will notice a big difference especially the way ur car idles.

hope u car runs fine now....i know how expensive those coilpacks can be to replace
