yeah i agree with csl.. im driving an evo7 but my family have an bmw 325I. i use the bimemr bcoz i sayang my evo.. but evo maintainece is around rx8 price too.... celica and rx8 is a sport car.. sport car meaning weekend car and hardly drive... just for fun drive once then go out. parts and maintainece is dem expesive.. bmw is not so expesive.. there are alot of 2nd parts if u want2 find and if u take care well.. it wont give u problem.. i also have an civic es1 and camry at home... is totally 2 different feeling driving bmw and civic.. if im given a choice i will go for a 2nd bmw than civic.. bcoz the class of a bmw.. is totally different from civic. bro ivan.. if u are meeting client... bmw is ur choice.... celica is a girl catcher.. but 318 is dem underpower.. hehe.. i from 318 change to 325... really underpower 318.... just my 2cent giving this avdvise bcoz i have driving a 318 upgrade to 325 for a E46 model. 2 different feelings.. my advice bro. go for a 2nd hand around year 2001 325I find a very very good condition car.. take ur time.. bmw if u take caer very well.. maintainence free 1... if u wack it after the 5th year give problem edi 1 ... trust me.. my family ahve driving bmw from E30 to E90.

Yup.. go for at least E46 320 (2.2) or 325i. 318i is totaly underpower. If I may recommend the 4 doors BMW look more better for meeting up with clients.

lolz...2zzge is driving a celica^^ right..i think i met up with someone with similiar name in celica club website.^^i always hangout at CCM website there coz i got some friend in celica club malaysia.

anyway...really got lots of opinions here...erm...actually i am driving a vios 06 now.as a work car i mean.....the car that i am getting from the 3 choices is my weekend car....other then that the reason i am getting another car is becoz my bro is going to graduate end of may.so he need my vios form time to time...so since he is going to sell his GTI.might as well take my vios.

fred make a very good statement there.....2nd hand part easy to get for BMW.that's what i am thinking.my mum also driving a 328..i breifly know what it cost to maintain a BMW

for csl..thks a lot.i had consider abt my financial stability b4 i consider to get any of those car.the installment plus maintanance won't take more then quater of my paid.that's the limit i set for myself.

2nd is easy.... but u want new of coures is expensive le..bmw not all is expensive... and is cheaper than celica and rx8... but u cannot compare with wira and that la.. one headlight brand new is RM480.. i bet rx8 cant get that price... celica im nto sure.. bcoz im driving an evo too.. e9 one pair is 2000 plus... the white signal is RM80 onli.. just don trash the car continential car is fragile not like japanese.. just engine the leisure and its bmw.. don race with ppl.. u spoil edi then not nice edi 1 ... bmw gearbox can last for 5 to 8 years if u relaly take care it...

hmm..i'm more to the japanese cars..
but 4000km to 5000km per mth..most probably u'll b crusing all the time..i'll go for the 3 series tho...

if you want to be seen as successful "to client", suck up to maintenance, go BMW. (since u mum is already driving one, so no surprises in part for you)

both RX8 & celica isnt for you IF the idea of "people/client perception" is important.
FC on cars isnt much of issue if you disipline to drive light footed.

FC of the said cars in particular order.
no so good FC >RX8, 318, celica > good FC.

yes, getting 540km for RM78 for my 1ZZ toyota (current $$ fuel) isnt impossible~ i done driving it but its under 110kmh the whole time. never once exceeding it.

anything else just buy the car U like to drive.
