my one is the normal version and year 04 Gen2....i thought u car already TC ??if ur car TC d,better not use AT...i don't think the AT GB can stand the TC.....if u plan to take out the turbo,then still ok for the GB....well,if u want do the swapping can PM me and let know about it



actually i'm very tired to use manual in town.but for long distance i prefer manual.
but very seldom long distance.

to m1adam the cost for swaping GB how much?...any side effect?

i wanted to ask ajaxmd, u said using AFC Neo, does it cheat the ignition timing?

mr ajax to convert to auto transmission wont affect ur ABS and airbag unless u change ur body harness to a non HL model will leave ur Airbag n ABS unusable if u maintain ur original harness u will still keep ur ABS and Airbag functionality.The price for AT im nt 2 sure,the gearbox model code is F4A41(2wd 4A/T).Maybe u can find at halfcut shop or any workshop that convert waja engines maybe they have AT transmission for sale waja's AT is same to gen2,1 more thing if u can get Body harness from High Line Model for AT variant u can make use of Auto Cruise Function just buy the Auto Cruise Switch and then enable the function at the ecu walla u got auto cruise control.

If im not mistaken AFC NEO cant control ignition timing if im wrong correct me.

stand alone managemant normaly can tweak ingition.but not sure which 1 sut gen2.

it depends on which type of piggyback u want....if i'm not wrong Apex'i Neo is around 1k -1.5k for new one.. or u can try UniChip,i heard alot good commen about this piggyback in Gen2Forum..... if want better? go for StandAlone, like Apex'i Power FC,Haltech,Motec those type.....but sure cos a boom :confused_smile: :confused_smile:

This is the unit looks like. If anyone interested, I can arrange for installation and dyno at a small running fees.

FYI, 1ps = 0.99hp hence 2ps approx is 1.97hp only.

My torque increased 1.96N.m or 1.45lb-ft.

The point here is not to show off these little increasement, but it shows that a good piggyback that can work with closed loop circuit drive by cable car with a proper AFR and Ignition timing gives a good result.

Today is the 2nd day after installed SMT7, my observation so far tells me my FC getting better a bit with the same driving style and the car throttle response and drive-ability greatly improved.

aloo bro if wanna safer BOT..just do a few things only but vital...thicker metal gasket, bigger fuel pump, bigger injector,adj regulator and important..standalone ECU like haltech, microtech or motec...than u can boosting happily....if not what ever u do if still use std ecu..u always 'keluar masuk workshop'....this is from my xperiece...
