[WTA]can the car owner take their original registration card from the banker?

WTA is it possible for the car owner to take back their original registration card form the banker? is it the banker have the rights to keep the original registration card by themself for the car still under their loan?

if we can take back the RC from the banker, then what is the procedure needed to follow so that the banker can release the original RC back to the owner?

it depend on a bank policy , different bank has different policy , i have experience to take reg card from ambank , 1st of all you must have clean payment history 2nd you must at lease 50% repayment period from your loan period .

anyone have experience with eonbank?
 
yup. depend on the Back policy. i got mine out from the bank after 1 year cos need to renew insurance and road tax but must have a good payment history. Just sign a form indicating that the bank had released the card and u have received the card. that all and i get to kept the card... but mine is Hong Leong. Heard that some bank don allowed that....
