Exhaust & Car Jack Jammed Drama

Dear Wong, I'm indeed not surprised to read this posting (was told that such posting is up by my customer).

Wong, first of all, on behalf of my team and myself apologize for what happened which is horrible infact. As for the new jack faulty, it was kinda bad luck i think because all the while i thought it is best to give u the latest jack which of course safer to use...BUT, it isn't what was expected. Sh*t happened.

Letting the car got off from 2 feet(as seen in picture.. i thought i never got to see the scene), i was told it was okay but reading your message n looking the piC, it wasn't so okay bout it. So, tomorrow my upper level Boss will give u a ring regarding what you wanted for this issue to be solved. Hope to give u a satisfactory explanation on this issue.

I really appreciate this:

Thanks and sorry for creating a stressful time for you back in 2007.

May the best of luck be with you in this new year of 2008.

Yours sincerely,
WENG
Nicely put kweng...diplomacy is the key

Note
I'm not trying to be in kweng good nature by backing him nor am an associate of him...but as his customer...my experience is kinda good wif them...the advice they gives are good...normally you should stick to kweng suggestion...i knew there some technicians there like to market you wif something else...come on man...its whats they do...promoting their own wares....

The quality of the product? its suit the price well...if I wanna to get more quality, then i should shop somewhere as such as JFA or JianHang...

maybe agent13 is demanding too much like BLaCkHoWLiNG sez...

my car dropping a good 2 feet (free fall style)
Shit !!! From the pics, it seems the jack are those that has 4 arms, not like the ones at Eneos where it is 2 long platforms and holds your tyres instead of the sides of your car. wow. Scary incident.

i don't think its too much to demand that your car be treated with care. put yourself in his shoes. if the product doesn't live up to your expectations, look at the price, and we can rationalize. but buying a rm300 muffler and an rm3000 muffler, should the care given to the car not be the same? is my car a lesser car than yours simply cause it uses a cheaper muffler? if that's the case i wouldn't want you to touch my car.

What I meant was the sound of the muffler and not because of the quality of the service....

sorry for the misunderstanding...:adore:

My Friends and I did have many bad experience with them.

Call me negative or sceptical or whatever, but I believe many car shops (exhaust, service centers, etc.) somehow doesn't care much about taking care about customer's properties. They will only try but they won't try their best to take care of it. It's their mentality. It's their very prehistoric mind set that cause them to be tidapa about other people's things.
