Here we are introducing the CHEAPEST Thermal spray/coating service.

Introducing:
This type of coating/spray is exactly same concept with the after market thermal spray that you can buy from the shop.
It helps to cool down the engine temp, radiator temp and oil temp.

We call it: Hexagonal Boron Nitrade Coating!!!

Boron nitrides represent a class of materials with promising properties.
They are thermally stable, chemically inert and insulating.
Hexagonal boron nitride is stable in temperatures up to 1000 °C in air, 1400 °C in vacuum, and 2800 °C in an inert atmosphere.
It has one of the best thermal conductivities of all electric insulators. It is fairly chemically inert and is not wetted by many melted materials (e.g. aluminium, copper, zinc, iron and steels, germanium, silicon, boron, cryolite, glass and halide salts)

Usage:
Apply as a coating on engine parts to prevent from the heat/hot air, or cooling down the temperature.

Why chose this coating among other THERMAL SPRAY?
1. Economical
-1 bottle of thermal spray is about RM2xx, and it can only apply for 1 part either intercooler or radiator.
(Just imagine if you want to spray intercooler, radiator and condensor, you may need to spend RM7xx.Plus, you do it yourself!!!)

2. Fully coating
-We will dismantle the part, clean it to make sure no oil/petrol/dust left over.
-Then only we will start the coating and make sure whole part is fully coated.

Coating Service:
RM350 with any 3 options chosen from below:
Two layers coating on-
1. Radiator
2. Condensor
3. Intercooler (For Turbo)
4. Oil cooler (If you have it)
5. Oil Pan

Option:
You may request to coat anywhere you want.
Eg: Gearbox, rear diff, engine block...

Is this the same as they sell in Hot66parts? I saw in Hypertune magazine.

Does it improve the performance after you spray on the pictured intercooler?

I am interested!

Yes, the same concept.
But with the coating service that we offered, u save up to RM500-RM600.

Of course it helps to improve the performance.Immediately respond.

Do you have any dyno chart to show before & after coating the improvement on the performance?

Soli bro.
So far no cust do the dyno test yet.
But what i can confirm is, after coating, imemdiately u can feel the different when ur driving in a hot weather.Ur power will never drop or it make u feel like drive in a raining day!!!

How long this coating can last ?...

how's the difference with ceramic coating?...

Any other package u can offer ?...

How about if want to coat 1 part only ?...

Or part by part...

Any quotation ?...

can use to cool down extractor? pm me pls...

Nissan Latio, Cefiro, Livina...
Toyota Camry, Alphard, Vios...
Honda Civic, Accord,CRV...
Mitsubishi EVO, Lancer...

Turbo package:
Intercooler,
radiator,
Condensor,
Oil Pan.

NA Package:
Radiator,
Condensor,
Oil Pan,
Intake manifold.

how abt only the transmission cooler?

Sorry for asking. As far as I know, radiator/intercooler/oil cooler, the does the same thing. Ejecting heat. When we spray a layer of ceramic(insulator) on the surface of an intercooler/radiator/oil cooler, wouldn;t it insulate the heat from coming out from the system.

Eventually, we will have hot fluid entering the engine system.

This is boron nitrade coating.not applicable to exhaust manifold.
for ur case, u may go for CERAMICO!!!
