yup, code series important too, there are 3 type ECU can use which one from perdana single cam, 1.8 SOHC, and 1.6 SOHC...
izzit compatible if the engine just stock engine and this ECU mapping for track car setting?

When got the car..the serial no was already missing
was used previously on 1.6 SOHC
It was compatible before as it was used on 1.6 SOHC standard engine

1.6 SOHC.... if not only 2 injectors working only....

Another thing... if you have high cam... 8000rpm would not be sufficient.

Anyway if need to up your rpm cut, pls PM me....

why only 2 injector working when not tune properly?

btw the previous engine used this ecu was a 1.6 sohc engine and running fine

the sale was due to the owner changing to standalone for rally

If you see inside the 7781, you will notice it has only 2 standing power transistor/IC for the injectors... Local ecu have 4 of those IC to work 4 injectors.... Some addition mods need to be done to the 7781...

The J5 chip comes with a small board also correct. Have see 1 on my friend's ride..
