3S GE vs. 3S GE BEAMS VVTi?

why should anyone change engine from 3SGE to 3GE BEAMS, aside from having REDTOP, VVTi badge?

if u like na then ok better power.....but with that amount u can almost buy a ST205 3sgte halfcut and dump in.....200hp 3sge beams vs 255hp 3sgte eng....which would u choose???? and for turbo u can gain hp cheaper eg. add boost controller for RM1800 can increase around 20hp.....for na to get extra hp is not easy.......this is my 2 cents

the opposite has been done in US, they tried fitting 2ZZGE auto tranny on 3S engine, but not so stable...

We do have one of our Altezza member that turbo'ed his 3SGE. All i can say is, phew..

GT4WD, guess can be done wif C26 or C20b turbo and a custom inter-cooler, "clipguy" have customized his Intercooler on 3SGTE for the record :)
