Actually, the R33 GTS are non-turbo RB25DEs while the turbo variant is R33 GTS-t with the RB25DETs. In fact, in Japan you can even buy R33 non-turbos with single cam 2.0 engines but I'm not sure what the specific model is called.
It's only the R34s that go by GTS and GTT to differentiate between the turbo and non-turbos. What is interesting as well is that an R32 GTS-4 was a turbo, running an RB20DET and 4WD (basically a baby GTR) while the R33 GTS-4 were non-turbo RB25DE with 4WD.
I've gone OT but oh well..

Bump: Oh btw, if you're looking at R33s do bear in mind that the Series I was launched in Sep '93 (IIRC) and the facelifted Series II sometime in '96.
The difference well, are the front lights of the newer R33 being more square, almost boxy around the edges. Also the newer R33s had a different rear spoiler among others - can't recall off the top of my head cause last I owned a 33 was when I first got license.
More importantly, the turbos are different as the newer R33s didn't take too well to boost - previously 1 bar was ok-ish but with the updated version 0.8 bar is abt as far as I would go. The newer R33s also had VVT but only on intake. Hmm.. also PowerFCs are different for the two models.
