police are looking for eye witnesses
judging from the impact..the car must traveling quite fast
they just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time

Singapore has strict rules about jaywalking.. So if they weren't crossing the road at a zebra crossing, they guy in the ferrari may very be let go.. But judging by the damage on the car, he was going very very fast..

If the car was driven carefully and slower, maybe the accident could be avoided......
Personally, I doubt the Ferrari was driven at the legal speed limit....but then I may be wrong

Erm , want to ask , means if you are driving and accidentally knocked someone down and the person died..you just get summons ??

summon r just for minor offence like speeding..
when u knocked someone down n that person is dead..that's another story
won't get away so easily with just a summon..
