What is up with Digi?

Been using Digi for the past few years (prepaid, student mar..). Satisfied with the rates..only problem is the connection is rubbish. From last year I've been having these problems, wonder if its just me or is anyone else having this problem as well?

-Random signal drops
-My phone does not ring when people are calling (even after changing to another phone 3310>6680)
-Failed services (miss call alert does not work..)

Really problematic, currently looking for job..heard from an interviewer that they called & I didnt pick up Bloody digi.

Any other Digi user facing the same problem?, How bout other network users?

u can switch to other network and remain the same number u using now.
all the network will welcome u nowadays in the mnp war

Seriously considering that move.. but my Maxis/Hotlink friends all pay through their noses for calls (they dont use excessively either).

ya,i got problem with digi too...i've been use bout 11years..the problem is started 2 years ago..the problem is when i talk to some1..after few mins the line just cut off...or he/she cant heard me...then halo halo halo...pop...then line off..cibai digi!

summore put slogan "TIME TO CHANGE" in advertisment...ya rite!time to change to maxis or celcom...stupid digi!

i have the same prob with Maxis at my home here in Sunway Damansara..

sometimes i dont get an SMS until i was out of my home...

n to make things worst that sms was like 24 hours ago...

same goes as my celcom and even DiGi....

the call also teruk... damn

The same goes for Celcom and Maxis. They're all the same people. Celcom's the worst. Most of the people I know changed to either maxis or digi.

I've been using maxis and digi and I find digi's pretty good except without 3G. Postpaid users are better off compared to prepaid. I noticed there's a similarity with prepaid owners and that is lousy service.

Either that we're still 3rd world country mentality.

Very true what you guys said, I find Digi is cheap but service lacking. Maxis/Hotlink is reliable (according to my friend la), but prices will make faint lol

if only there is wifi in major cities & we all just use IM to talk to each other, that'd be awesome

recently my fon couldn't recieved any call/sms/watsoever from everyone too..then i called to Digi helplines and told them my problem...after 20 minits then a bulk of msg keep cming in lol...and now ok d.. :D

Telekom Malaysia the best.....I mean the house phone..... No drop calls, good reception, cheap (Their let's talk package) all calls to local landline is FOC.

I find Maxis now also not that good. Sometimes line will drop also.

well to tell the truth,DIGI sux to the most man...use it for 2years and been hating it till now...so now using maxis for 2yrs dy...very good,call also not so expensive...except that my phone sux...

SE C905 is the latest..
just lurve the tendre rose color..
