my perdana hav an accident wit the mat rempit on saturday
those mat rempit report my car
so nw my car is confiscated n will nt return to me anymore
they will send my car to chop shop

sorry about ur car bro... it seems now police taken care of mat rempit bcoz of yesterday's incindent...

i hope u can elaborate more what happen sometimes their fault n our mistake which is common here...

but who cares la... mat rempits are worst than terrorist

Sorry to hear about your perdana mate. However, were the rempits just driving on the road or were they doing some stunts? Did you damaged their bikes or did you just killed the bugger? If you hit their bike they can charge you for causing damage in an accident worse off, a summon. If these buggers were just on the road that's a different story. You killed someone, manslaughter and not pre meditated..... so if the government does prosecute you then they need your car as evidence otherwise they can't just confiscate your car for this accident. What i think happened is that someone paid the police to go take your car. Cause usually after confiscating cars for accidents, the police never sends it to chop shop.....If your car is illegal, they will actually issue you a summon then ask you to send the car for inspection at Puspakom to ensure you've removed all the mods. That's it.

erm my car doesn't hav any road tax cause it's a track car since 2005 so i can't take any road tax anymore

thn i go home
suddenly on road gt 3 mat rempit doing stunt in front of me
thn i speed up wanna cut them
suddenly three of them do a sudden break i crashed them
gt 2 guy run over my roof
so 2 of them die n 1 broke his leg
so i act like ntg happen went home
about 8am
2 police car n 1 jpj waja came to my house
said tat i been reported langgar dan lari case
thn juz arrest me n let them tow my car
whn i reach police station
i found out my car was't following me to police station
they say JPJ tow it
n giv me a letter tat my car had reported modification illegally
had conficated my car
after i settle police case i went to puspakom n search for my car
they ask me to take out all the stuff
so i bring my fren take out all the stuff like roll cage audio acc
but they dun allow me to take the engine n body
so hav to sent to chop shop by JPJ nt me!!!!
so nw the police case is settle cause the mat repit had admit he do stunt in front of me
n hav aviden tat prove mat rempit do a sudden brek ( on the road hav tyre print)
