don't have absolute solution, but you can always buy a new one at RM 30+

I think your "double signal lamp" means "hazard lamp"

The original push-button switch is sealed. I don't know how or why you open it in the first place. This switch seldom fail as it is seldom used. My Toyota which is 20+ years still have the ori, functional switch.

Anyway for these switches, very seldom ppl fix it as it is easily replaced than fixed.

Any spare-part shops have stock, if not or just order from them. They cost less than 20 bucks, last time I checked.
