what does it mean currently registered as diplomatic vehicle?
i've seen a subaru with red num plate..without roadtax. is that diplomatic vehicle too??:hmmmm:

Diplomatic - just means that the car is owned by someone who can import and register under Diplomatic privilage, which means no import duties on importation. For it to be purchased and registered by someone without the same duty free exemption import duties etc have to be paid on sale.
