4g93t engine mounting

hi guys,
im planning to change all four of my gsr engine mounting, but my mechanic told me that proton oem (4g93) mounting is not suitable.
anyone have change their gsr mounting before? what brand is most suitable?

i do not know if your mechanic is right that the proton oem mounting is not suitable or not. for my case, the mounting at the gearbox side always fails... replace it with an original mitsubishi mounting should solve the problem. Price ranging from RM60-RM1xx per mounting.

my fren got his gsr mounting from chop shop... original japan 1s... rm40 a piece..
its bin a year, still gud condition...

brader....better go for solid mounting if u dun mind da vibration coz its more lasting
cost rm500 for 1set

whats solid mounting? how is it different from normal mounting?
my bloody foreman tell me mmc mounting rm200 per pc

solid mounting means the mounting is "dead" more rigid. it response very fast(better pick-up) but the vibration feels like lorry..
