Was just wondering if the APM Performax gives a lowered look like the Kayaba Rs absorbers even coupled with stock springs?

so fast meh???sure u must be hentaming the corners and potholes la litdat....

i'm using it also with stock springs... well height is de same as stock..

performance is better than stock... but not totally comfort lar.. to me.. especially going over bumps.. but taking corner n going over uneven road is firmer and more steady

my rear ones used for more than a year already.. no probs at all. front is new... this abs is considered good value for money...

half a year kong? so fast?
ive been using for 6 months plus...still firm and steady

Ohhh... means the only abs that can lower the car with stock springs is the Kayaba RS la. Thanks guys

erm.. i'm not sure bout dat.. but de shaft of kayaba RS is shorter.. n it is short stroke.. duno compatible with stock spring or not.. duno de ride will make u headache or not.. keke

but one thing for sure is de ride height depends on de spring..

kayaba rs = short stroke

my previous setup..
kayaba rs + eibach pro kit = no finger(front) - 3 fingers(back)

hehehe

no finger at the front & 3 at the rear?
what car?

yep.. have to hantam the pothole always.. so many of them.. can't 'cilok' them anymore.. :D :P

p/s: my setup APM R-Tech front (1 year) & APM Performax Rear (6 month) + APM Sport Spring (1 1/2 year).. all "out of service" now.. :(

Currently using this setup 4 about a yr now (iswara aeroback).
APM r-tech (font +rear).
APM Sportec springs.
I think the springs r getting soft but the abs r still ok. Have 2 Look 4 new sets of springs(again).......... :(

guys,

any idea if they have dampers that fits honda city. And also any contact to get them at good rates. was also wandering how much is one full set, front n back.

thanks

wat i know is..

monroe sensatrac - damn good in comfort n offers some performance.. good for stock springs (but no more in production)

monroe reflex - de feel is not as good as sensatrac... performance duno..

kayaba rs - short stroke n shorter shaft.. may make ur car lower... best to pair wit lowered springs.. performance is better than stock for sure..

improve - no idea..

APM performax - i'm using.. recommended for stock spring... handling better than stock.. more stable on high speed n corners.. but going over bumps is not dat comfortable..

hie khguan, mind to tell me where do you get the APM performax and the price? Thank you. Where to get it at MAlacca? :(

mine is got from melaka wan... i ask my mech to install it.. so he get it from his supplier.. i think somewhere in malim

for front is rm175 per pc.. rear is rm90 per pc... more expensive than KL price..

he said.. KL spareparts cheap, labour expensive...
melaka sparepart expensive.. but labour cheap..

Wow, somewhere malim? can in know where is it? Me also near Malim. Thank you very much. :) Do they have for hondas as well?

err..i'ved used it before
for me this abs lowered my car by half finger and a little more firm compare stock
to me adjustable suspension are still the best if u are lookin for stiff and firm ride

My brother's stock Iswara is using KYB RS now...with stock spring. Front only...first impression after change was...handling improved and responsive (got 50% SGTi handling fell oredi  ) !! Slightly stiffer...gab between rim and fender is closer bit since short stroke....

Rear one can't tell yet since he got no $$ change it but will be soon...at first tot to go for front KYB RS and rear different brand but i think better "equal" bit all get KYB RS :D ....

Will not lower the car with sport spring since need carry working stuff in car.

My old junk should be changing all 4 in 2-3 months time...will go for KYB RS too...2-3 years ago forgot dunno whose gave me pair of Monreo (Blue colour) for front...i think i COULD be Sensatrac..result was i hate it since too stiff for me not like KYB...

Last Performax will not in my choice since the name already don't sound nice....don't expect performance better then KYB RS and Monreo...

Hahaha...just my 2 cents do flame me ya.... :D
