AE92 with AE101 fuel tank?

Hi all,

Would just like to ask the question whether the AE101 fuel tank can be fitted onto a AE92 chassis? Is it a messy job? I've asked my mech & he says it can't be done so I just need to double check. Thanks.

AE101 Levin fueltank in my AE92 chassis. it's not same but can be done.

If your mech got extra free time, mod the AE101 fuel tank. Initially i got it, got serious fuel surge whenever i'm doing some hard driving. Even with half tank of fuel..

why you all no go to buy the AE92 4 door fuel tank directly? It was PNP item only ma, and less headache.... just my 2 cent...

You may find TOMee90, he got 1 in excellent condition.

Banzai is correct, full exhaust easier to find...

So to those who have done the conversion before, how much would it roughly cost? For fuel tank + parts? + workmanship. Thanks.

Which worksyop you went to fit in the ae101 tank into ae92 chasis?
Can give contact detail aa? I also agree complete exhaust system can be fitted easily when using ae101 fuel tank.
