i also did my glass there...happy with the outcome...but i also can understand ur feeling lar..it is so frustrated one, most of the time they will ignore ur request after closing the sales..i was lucky that time then .

well mayb u guys lucky or mayb u stick expensive tint :D cause i brought my fren there d following week 2 take advantage of their $250 promo.n guess what?they did d same thing.my fren n i must walk around d car n point out to them d bubbles.

just tinted my car at air cool, took the 449+130 package. actually they do a good job for my car ONLY.. :D
Thanks to the advice from ZTH member, i took the advice to stand there and look at them doing the tinting on my car, it tooks them 3 hours to complete everything... and during the 3 hours, i saw no less than 3 customers come back with their warranty card, 1 complain about the dust trap in the front wind screen (NEW CAR), another 2 duno wat they complain, cos they came n look for the lady boss, monica.
when 1st i attend by the sales gal (B.BUN) i wan her assurance whether they can do a proper job for an old car( my car 5 years old already) she very confident n say no prob for everything, until i met this guy who complain about the dust trap in the windscreen, i go to bug her again, and she said, those customer very NGIAO, she said they cant do a 100% dustless tint even to a new car, she said if only afew dots like 3 dots they cant do the replacement,, unless many, i ask her what her difination of MANY? she said this thing hard to say :D hehe... after sometime of question n answer, she promise me they will do their best, and i settle with her promise ( do their best).
so it took them 3 hours to settle everything, overall i quite satisfied with their work, and when they guy using the hot air gun to heat the rear mirror tint, he had mis hand, n over burn the tint, and i stode behind him, and said, " aiya, burnt already" and finally he have to replace a new 1 for me :P
so to who ever wanna tint their car, plz plz plz, make ur right choice, do not leave ur car to them, stand there and look at them, tell them u no rush of time, just wan a perfect job. so good luck to the rest who wanna tint ur car... :)

next is the rear windscreen....its another guy doin the job and its as good as the one doin the front windscreen....quick and good.....not much bubbles......there is some bubbles but its acceptable coz u gotta let them dry in the sun rite.....this guy didnt soak my rear car with soap water...its quite dry and clean....i think he is the taikor there.....eheheh....by this time its already almost 12pm.....
cars and cars started to come in already.....the other 3 workers starts on the doors.....all 3 of them is cutting the tints n etc....same process, clean the windows again, soak the bloody doors and door panels with soap water.....soon the rear door windows is done.....but got one fella duno use what to squeeze the bubbles out of the tints.....got some fine scratches randlomly on the tints....but im no fuss there coz its not really visible unless u stick ur eyes 2 inches from the windows.....
next is the front door windows....the 2 buggers damn lazy to take off the door panels.....kept on spraying the soap water n try to stick that tints on the glass....note that the shop is already packed with cars....around 7 cars in the 2 shop lots including my car....hence the rush job now....the driver side window which the guy is working on, i notice him flooding my door with soap water....he kept on spraying n peeling off the tints and spray again till the soap water spills like running tap on the bottom of the door....im starting to get worried of my door.....
almost 1pm now...its lunch time.....those 4 fellas working on my car is now left with 1....its a very rush job at this hour as there is so many cars to work on.....i carefully inspect all the windows....and finally 2 of the front windows both left n right is not good....there is bubbles which i can tolerate but damn the tints has wrinkles here n there causes by the 2 lazy buggers who doesnt wanna take out the door panel n forcing the tints into the gaps n etc.....i told the lady there...." miss, come here n have a look...there is wrinkles here n there"...she say no probs...i will change for u....

so signed the invoice n paid n the lady told me to come back after a week or two if there is any probs....i smiled n get in my car....btw...i paid RM 300 for thier tints.....
i would say the RM 300 is very well worth every cent if thier workers is much more carefull and efficient and also clean the damn soap water.....now the soap water stains my car body and the interior....damn fugly....need to wait till the next car wash.....overall thier tintings is good....very much difference with and without tintings when driving under hot sun....im satisfied with the tints but the workmanship is still so so....service is top notch during the tints installation....no idea after sales service how....ehehehe.....

there only got 1 sifu for front, 1 sifu for back and 1 sifu for the side mirror, the rest is KA LA SOU, when they doing
my tint, only 1 guy do on my side mirror, got 1 KA LA SOU wanna do the side mirror but the sifu stop him n said he will do for all. so feel very lucky for that, :D too bad is my rear mirror got bubble, they ask me to wait 2 weeks, so lets see how :(

If u go in and enquire, the woman will talk nicely n layan u cause she wants to close sale...
after she close it....then as they start to work on your car..

front and side mirror done very well on my car, but not the rear 1, got alot bubble, they claim that its the dirt come out from the demister, they say they will let me claim, but they cannot guranttee the 1 they replace will be better than the current 1... i think "WTH", b4 install they say 5 years warranty, now they say can replace for me but cant guranttee and they PUSH responsibility to my side saying is my car demister problem,, not theirs, so incase the replace 1 is worst than current 1, no more warranty. sigh, luckily after replace, the dot is lesser but there still some... so accept the service with the price anyway, what to do, no $$$ to LLUMAR and V-kool :(

Yup, their film is good, can block lots of heat, but their service sucks!!! Never respect customer! We pay for what we should get, but they just give us lousy service, when ask for replacement, they think that we are looking for trouble.

so i take the rm500 package, shared by my fren we pay rm250 each..
the lady boss, forgotten whats her name, she's really friendly..
overall i think i am quite satisfied with their job,. so far nothing had peeled
off or dust going into it..
i went to the puchong branch facing the carpark shop..
now going to take another car for tinting again.. duno how will their work be
this time..
