Never used HE before. Used Type Flex and Super Street.

I think HE is an older model in the Tein range.

yes old model..im using it on my bcnr...good for track...alluminium casing..rate 8/10

Thx for the review! was going to buy type HE but suddenly got Super Street on sale wit not big different price. Js put it on my car wat i wan to say is best satisfaction since im driving it daily!

Yup. I'm using Super Street on my 32 as well. Nice and quite bearable for a daily driver, although I was told it is a bit soft for track work.

Yup is true tht SS is abit soft for track.. would love to try type HE next time since the review is quite good =)
