dude, 1 question here. daes it has a feature where we can put in the input of our rims n tyres so that in can calculate the exact speed that we're driving? i heard rumors that it has that feature. cause i'm using bigger rims n i do feel that my spedo n rev is a bit out of order.

it is not a rumour. it is a fact that the RSM is capable to display the speed according to your rims size. when you buy new, in the usage manual it will show you how to set it.

question...if my speed meter are broken can the rsm still be use or i have to fix my speed meter first?

it depends. most cars will need the speed meter to be in working condition before you can use the RSM as the speed signal may be only processed at the meter cluster. (this applies for most mitsubishi) it may not be applicable for your car.
