auto update?

Can anyone please helpppp?? It seems that my browser won't
update itself. Everytime i wanna read new post i'll have to
refresh the pages... kinda frustrating. Btw, im using ie6

Hurmm well here it goes..

Like say im in the Car Talk section. After making a post i switched to
the Car modifications section. Then when i click back to Car Talk,
it seems like no one had made any post since i've left. But when i've
refresh the webpages, those new post would appear.

Even if i return to the forum the next morning, it's still the same
It's like no one has made any posting until i refresh the browser
then only the new posting would appear...

I think there might be some prob with my ie coz i've just registered
the last 2-3 days and it was okay until today..

I think it's finally sort out already.
Got someone to checked out my pc edi.
Some ppl messed up the settings already
while setting up the network for sharing
internet access.
