Hello guys.
Can someone please confirm this statements:
1. SPIII is a new ATF formulation that provides thefollowing improvements to SPII and SPII-M.
2. SPII and SPIII are compatible and can be mixed in any proportion; however if more than 10 SPII is mixed with SPIII, the benefits of SPIII will be reduced.
3. The DIAQUEEN ATF-SPIII is the replacement for DIAQUEEN AYC Fluid.
If those statements are true, then the whole AYC system (Transfer Mechanism and Hydraulic Piping Fluid) will use DIAQUEEN ATF-SPIII.
Last one;
I have reviewed the workshop manual for Mitsubishi Evolution IV & Evolution V and found nothing mentioning of HYPOID GEAR OIL (GL-4). Instead, the manual stated that for the front differential AND rear differential BOTH uses DIAQUEEN SUPER HYPOID GEAR OIL with GL-5 specification.
