B16A Checklight On When Engine Cold

Need a little guidance from all the gurus here. I am driving a Honda ej converted to b16a A with e-manage system. The problem is when I start the car when the engine is cold the check light ignites, but once its warmed up I turn the engine of and on again then check light goes off. This also happens sometimes when brake too hard the check light will ignite too. Any idea whats the problem ?
