FYI, I"m using 560cc injector from Evo6 and HKS Fuel pump and FSE Fuel regulator for my car... the whole car is running very rich on lo RPM. with this setup you can easily supplier 350FWHP.

kk..FSE adj. fuel pressure regulator..how many psi you set??
 
the fuel pressure is depends on your fuel line + fuel pump pressure!!! you cant just follow my setup otherwise you will brow your engine.

actually i'll not follow your setting, just i interested about 350fwhp you just mention..hehehe..
Currently using standard fuel regulator with 255lph high pressure fuel pump, evo3 injector (510cc), haltech F10 fuel only engine management..
 
abg azman,

you forgot to tell me that you have a vf22 turbo ball bearing turbo hehehe. i think your evo injector also come from me... anyway you can boost anytime to 25psi for this turbo easily over 300fwhp.

I tot 180 = 330cc and 210 = 390cc?
Could it be it's tested at higher pressure, thus giving the readings below?

KK is not in town i guess. i think what kk said is the max capacity the injectors can give. it's proven thou. our std ecu limits the injectors to be lower then the max capacity to get them work for a longer period and they will not easily damaged. there is someone who is using the bpt injectors to supply his 250whp bpt. he's fully utilising the injectors alright but at the same time, the injectors suffers big time. it doesn't matter as he is a tuner anyway.
myself....not yet reach 250 already use vr4 injectors....hehehe....dont want to get myself headache.

i've tried to put evo3 injectors but too big...canot fit the hole....
is vr4 injectors plug n play ??
heard tat all 4g63 injectors r the same size.....
tell me how u put in ur vr4 injectors....

i dont know how to explain how to install it. hopefully someone can.

anyway, std injectors are already good for vj20 till 1.2bar boost. changing to bigger injectors will experience very very rich a/f mixture with vj20. must have SAFC and with SAFC tuned too lean, ECU will not sense that it need to retard the engine during high boost. knocking is the worse engine enemy.
why change to bigger injectors? because changed to bigger turbo, current injector is not enough.
 
let say i change to tdo5 or ar60...boost 1 to 1.4bar....std injectors can support?? with 2 240cc extra injectors sud b enuf rite.....activate when boost....or 1 will do??
