This doesn't look like art at all! It looks like vandalism to cars.

Any artist would usually try to convey some sort of message with his work. I wonder what the author was trying to convey here with these cars wrapped around poles?.. I guess any crazy nonsense is considered art nowadays if you have the budget to push it to the masses.

Maybe he's trying to reach out to the audience on showing the horrible implications of illegal street racing, or even excessive speeding on public roads.
